1. 2 piece wedding gown. Pink, white, small rosebud striped silk with accents of narrow black velvet ribbon. Bodice has overlap front of hook and eye closures. Neckline is covered with draped and shirred chiffon. Three-quarter length sleeves finished in gathered chiffon at wrists. Full length skirt has loops of shirred chiffon and narrow black velvet ribbon inserts. Pleated ruffled hem edged with narrow black velvet ribbon. (Two brown spots at front bottom and one on right side.) Bought in Paris in 1891 by Anna Dunbar grandmother of donor. 2. Cape. Beige wool. Ruffled double collar of black woven trim over pale red and black striped velvet, forming points at back, displaying an ornately embroidered knotted decoration with tassels. Cape is trimmed in three alternating bands of woven black wool and matching pale red and black striped velvet. Lining is gray brocade with pockets and arm loops. Purchased in Paris in 1891 by Anna Dunbar, possibly for her trousseau. 3. Brown treated box with small brass rivets. Inside base of box lined in navy velveteen. Overall measurements approximately 25" x 14.5" x 3". 4. Sleeveless "flapper" dress. Lace with separate deep pink satin underdress. Round neckline trimmed with narrow deep pink satin. Wide band of same sating around hip area. Worn by Anna Bartlett Kessler (Mrs. Charles A. Mc Neill, Sr., Oakland, California.) 5. Tan suede gloves with tips purposely removed. Dark brown satin and tan watered silk ribbon at wrists. Golden tan braided trim on top of gloves. Label inside left glove: "Le Suede, Mode- Bazar, Gerson & Cie, Garanti, Berlin". 6. Gray kid gloves. Plain. Six small brass closures. 7. One pair black synthetic mittens. 8. One pair black orlon (modern) mittens. 9. One white silk cravat lined with white satin. Printed on sating: "Four-in Hand." Note: Donor's Family Tree "15 Generation Pedigree Chart" attached.
